This policy explains what information No Guest List collects through noguestlist.vip, how we use it and the choices you have.
Who we are
No Guest List is an event brand in Charlotte, North Carolina, operated by No Guest List Prod LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company ("No Guest List", "we", "us"). Contact: hello@noguestlist.vip · 110 E 36th St, Charlotte, NC 28206.
What we collect
- Information you give us in the "What's next" form: your name, your phone number or email address, the music you prefer, and the date and time you signed up and agreed to receive messages.
- Technical information recorded by our hosting and security providers when you visit, such as IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed and referring site, used to run and protect the site.
- Cookies and similar technologies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which measures visits without cookies. We may use the Meta Pixel, which uses cookies and similar technologies to measure our ads and show No Guest List ads to people who visited our site on Facebook and Instagram.
How we use it
- To send you updates about upcoming No Guest List events, offers and event-day reminders by text message and/or email, including promotions for events we present with partners.
- To learn what music our community prefers so we can plan events.
- To measure and improve our website and advertising.
- To keep the site secure and comply with the law.
Text messages
If you give us your phone number, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from No Guest List about our events. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies, usually 1 to 3 messages per event. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not share your mobile number or your text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
Every marketing email we send includes a link to unsubscribe and our mailing address.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share our list with partners, venues or sponsors. We share information only with:
- Service providers that help us run the site and send messages, such as our website hosting, security and database providers and our text message and email providers. They may use it only to provide their services to us.
- Advertising and analytics providers such as Meta and Cloudflare, through the technologies described above.
- Authorities or others when required by law or to protect our rights, our guests or the public.
Tickets are sold by Posh. Information you give Posh when buying tickets is covered by Posh's own privacy policy.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to any text, or use the unsubscribe link in any email.
- Email hello@noguestlist.vip to ask what information we have about you, to correct it or to delete it. We respond within a reasonable time.
- To limit ads based on your visits, use your Facebook and Instagram ad preferences, your browser's cookie settings, or industry opt-out tools such as optout.aboutads.info.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while you are on our list. When you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, we remove it within a reasonable time, except for the minimum record we must keep to honor your opt-out.
Children
Our events and this site are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
Changes
We may update this policy. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
