These terms apply to noguestlist.vip, operated by No Guest List Prod LLC ("No Guest List", "we", "us"). By using the site, you agree to them.
Events and tickets
Event information on this site is provided for convenience and may change, including lineups, times and venues. Tickets are sold and fulfilled by Posh and are subject to Posh's terms and each event's ticket policy. All ticket sales are final unless an event's ticket page states otherwise.
Entry, age and alcohol
Age requirements are set for each event and venue and are listed on the event's ticket page. A valid government-issued photo ID is required for entry. Alcohol is sold by the venue only to guests 21 and older. The venue and No Guest List may refuse entry to or remove anyone for safety reasons or for breaking venue rules or the law, without a refund.
Photos and video
No Guest List events are photographed and filmed. By attending, you agree that No Guest List and its event partners may record and use your image, likeness and voice in photos and videos of the event, including on social media and in future promotions, without compensation. If you prefer not to be featured, tell a member of our team at the event.
Names and trademarks
Artist, tour and venue names are used to identify events. Unless an event is marked official, No Guest List is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by the artists, tours or venues mentioned. The No Guest List name, logo and site design belong to No Guest List Prod LLC and may not be used without permission.
Messages
Signing up for updates is covered by our Privacy Policy. Reply STOP to texts or use the unsubscribe link in emails to opt out at any time.
Use of the site
Don't misuse the site, including by trying to disrupt it, access it in unauthorized ways or submit someone else's contact information.
No warranty and limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent allowed by law, No Guest List is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
